this may get cut off b/c the power keeps going ou* CRAP!

Ok has anyone heard the new TERRIBLE version of Sarah's "World on Fire" on the radio? Why did they speed it up? Stop the remix inasanity!!! Another fantastic song ruined :( It might not have bothered me so much if I hadn't been in the car only because my power was out AGAIN this morning (how often do transformers go bad?!) and I was escaping to both work my frustration out at the gym and charge my cell phone through my car... And it's too cold and windy to go to the beach. boo. But, I REFUSE to admit that summer is over!!! That's probably also because this has been such an amazing one... Ok so today's topic is what fun things everyone has done this summer (post yours!) Half of you reading this have probably been involved in mine:

I started it off with my very fun birthday, went home for some Phillies fun, hung out with D, Dave, and Al in Hoboken, got to spend a weekend here with my old high school friend, Adam, went to the Outer Banks to see Sonja, saw Hope & Justin when they were visiting here, visited Kate in CHICAGO, pub crawled with Brent, Zac, and Steph in Fredericksburg and shopped in NoVA with Kimmy and Trina, had the craziest night of my life at the Oceanfront with the girls on July 4th weekend, hit up the Tides with Steph and Matt, spent a weekend in Pittsburgh with Al and Lab and at Michael's wedding, went to some very fun concerts with Steph including Chicago and JM/M5, spent a week at home and walked onto Superman at GA with big bro Jeffy, and got to hang out with my parents when they were here last weekend... WHEW! I'm exhausted! wouldn't trade it though for the world :)

So, as we sink back into the horrible cold weather that will soon be here (but NOT YET! grrr), I wish all of you a very happy autumn. But hey, if my power doesn't go out again next weekend, maybe I will get out and meet a fun new boy to snuggle with in the cold weather (although the boy bar scene this summer has been way fun--maybe too much fun-- but not really rewarding... Where are all the DECENT guys down here hiding? But that's a whole different topic! :Þ) And really, Christmas is going to be here before we know it! Crazy, huh? So, enjoy the warm weather that's left! As for me, you can find me at the Beach next weekend!!!
